Getting started

The first three things to do once you're signed in.

1. Add a category

Group your stock the way it sits on your shelves.

2. Add an item

Add a photo and supplier link so reordering is one tap.

3. Print a QR code

One QR per category. Stick it where the stock lives.

Day-to-day

How your team uses StockTrack on the shop floor.

Raise a stock alert

Scan the shelf QR, tap Low or Out, send. Admin notified instantly.

Resolve an alert

Once you've ordered the stock, tick it off. Audit trail saved.
